Festive Celebrations in The Grill

Christmas Eve Dinner

Celebrate Christmas the European way and indulge in a five-course dinner which will include Finnebrogue venison loin with truffled parsnips, dried cranberries with a port wine sauce and Brown’s traditional Christmas pudding with brandy butter, which will be flamed at the guest’s table. Price: £65 per person.

Christmas Day Lunch

Enjoy a glass of chilled Champagne and canapés before indulging in a traditional four-course Christmas lunch in The Grill restaurant. Roasted free range Temple Farm turkey with all the seasonal trimmings will be served straight from Brown’s famous carving trolley and Father Christmas will also pay a surprise visit, bringing gifts for all the little ones. Price: £220 per person.

Christmas Day Dinner

The Grill will be offering a special three or four-course Christmas Day dinner menu. Terrine of pheasant and wild mushroom with pumpkin chutney, as well as Tournedos of Scotch beef with sauce Périgourdin, roasted salsify, parsnips, truffle purée and pomme fondant will be some of the dishes on offer. Prices: £85 for three-courses and £95 for four-courses.

Boxing Day Lunch

For those who wish to continue the celebrations, The Grill will be serving a wonderful three-course lunch which will include roasted goose with all the seasonal trimmings. Price: £75 per person.
