Time To Talk Turkey


There is no need to get flustered with the thought of hosting Christmas lunch this year, as Brown’s Hotel is running master-classes on how to prepare, cook and serve the perfect turkey.  The ‘Time To Talk Turkey’ event is being run by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Lee Streeton and will include:

• Morning coffee with the Executive Chef
• A visit to Borough Market to meet the hotel’s suppliers and select the turkey and all the trimmings
• A demonstration on how to prepare and cook the ideal Christmas lunch within the kitchen of The Grill
• Carving lesson with a glass of Champagne
•  3-course lunch with ½ bottle of house wine
 
Price: £75 per person.  The ‘Time to Talk Turkey’ master-classes will start at 9am on both Saturday 24 November and Saturday 8 December 2007, for a maximum of 10 people.  To make a reservation, or for further information, please contact the hotel on 020 7493 6020.
