The Donovan Bar is one of London’s most vibrant and fashionable watering holes and offers a wide range of ‘must-try’ cocktails and HIX British snacks.Their exciting drinks list includes their signature cocktail The ‘Donovan Martini’ made from Tanqueray N10 Gin, a splash of Kummel, pineapple chunks, nettle cordial, lemon juice and tonic water bringing an innovatively fresh twist to this world class recipe. These are created alongside a long list of different cocktails and wines and Champagnes of which many are offered by the glass. The Donovan Bar pays homage to the celebrated British photographer Terence Donovan and whilst the walls are lined with over 50 of his iconic black and white prints, the backdrop to Bill Amberg's leather bar is the original St George's Hotel stained glass window, creating a wonderful blend of old and new.This fashionable bar is also home to what has become known as ‘the naughty corner’ - with banquette seating for up to 12 guests, this table is surrounded by some of Terence’s more risque photographs.
