Facilities
Brown’s has three treatment rooms, with one luxury suite for two. Hotel residents can also make use of the fully equipped cardiovascular gym which is open 24 hours a day.
Appointments
To make an appointment please call The Spa on 020 7518 4009. A credit card is required to hold reservations for non-resident guests.
Arrival
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow us time to create your own unique treatment. Out of courtesy we also ask you switch of your mobile phone to allow you to relax, along with our other guests.
Day Packages and Services
We offer a selection of spa indulgences; alternatively we will be happy to help create your own bespoke experience.
A Personal Touch
Whether it is the room temperature, massage pressure or you want us to concentrate on specific areas please ask the therapist to adjust to suit your needs.
Medical Information
Should you have an existing medical condition, such as a heart condition, cancer or epilepsy, or if you are pregnant, please can you advise us at the time of booking, as some of our treatments may not be suitable.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. If you are less than 30 minutes late, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, but you will still be charged at the tariff price. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. This will ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
