Jubilee Afternoon Tea in The English Tea Room
The English Tea Room will be serving Jubilee Afternoon Tea from 1st – 5th June. This includes uniquely regal pastries such as a Crown Jewels macaroon, Battenberg cake, lemon posset teacup, Lady Grey macaroon, pistachio cake and Boozy trifle as well as the traditional offerings of sandwiches and scones. The price of the Jubilee Afternoon Tea is £39.50 per person or £49.50 with a glass of Ruinart Brut Champagne.
Jubilee cocktails in The Donovan Bar
From 2nd June until 5th June, in celebration of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee, The Donovan Bar’s mixologists will be presenting a selection of regal Chase Vodka & Gin cocktails. Choose from ‘Windsor’s Diamond’ made from saffron infused Sipsmith gin mixed with grapefruit bitters, hibiscus syrup served on an Absinth spritzed glass or ‘Royal Plum’ which is a refined mixture of Chase vodka, fresh plum, lemon juice, caramel syrup and Earl grey tea served over a block of ice. For Champagne lovers, the ‘Best of British’ is a mixture of Chase William gin, Chase rhubarb liqueur and fresh cranberry juice, topped up with Ruinart Brut Champagne. All the Jubilee cocktails are £15 each.
Diamond Pedicure in The Spa at Brown’s Hotel

In celebration of The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee year, The Spa at Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel has created a unique and hugely indulgent pedicure using NuBo’s Diamond Peel and Reveal called ‘Diamonds on your Soles’. Whilst reclining on a heated treatment bed, guests can begin by sipping a ‘Best of British’ cocktail made with Chase William gin mixed with Chase rhubarb liqueur and fresh cranberry juice, topped up with Ruinart Brut Champagne.
This pedicure starts with dry skin buffing followed by the unique NuBo Diamond Peel and Reveal exfoliation that combines a diamond derma peel and an energising bi-memetic treatment for the feet. The guest’s feet are then soaked in a festive spicy milk bath infused with natural mineral mica, before enjoying a pressure point foot massage using a stimulating blend of cinnamon and mica. A fragrant, Frankincense foot wrap will make the feet feel super soft before the nails are shaped and painted with a springtime colour of choice.

The central weekend to celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee takes place from Saturday 2nd June to Tuesday 5th June 2012, with celebratory activities throughout the United Kingdom and across the Commonwealth.
The Jubilee Weekend features an extra Bank Holiday for the Diamond Jubilee, with the late May Bank Holiday moved one week later, thereby making a 4-day long weekend. The government announced the extra Bank Holiday for the Diamond Jubilee on 5th January 2010.
Buckingham Palace is responsible for the coordination of the central weekend, and the outline of the main programme is as follows:

The Queen will attend the Epsom Derby.
Sunday 3rd June, 2012
The Big Jubilee Lunch: Building on the already popular Big Lunch initiative, people will be encouraged to share lunch with neighbours and friends as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations. The Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant: This event will take place on the Thames and consist of up to 1,000 boats assembled from across the UK, the Commonwealth and around the world. BBC Concert at Buckingham Palace: There will be a televised Diamond Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace with tickets being available to UK residents by public ballot. The musical programme for the concert is still being planned and is expected to feature British and Commonwealth musicians. Details on how to apply for the concert will be available in due course. This event is being organised by the BBC.
The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Beacons: A network of 2,012 Beacons will be lit by communities and individuals throughout the United Kingdom, as well as the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Commonwealth.
