Scott McCaig - new restaurant manager at HIX Mayfair
NEW RESTAURANT MANAGER, SCOTT MCCAIG AT HIX AT THE ALBEMARLE ROCCO FORTE’S BROWN’S HOTEL
Stuart Johnson - General Manager of Brown’s Hotel, Mark Hix - Director of Food and Lee Streeton - Executive Chef are pleased to welcome Scott McCaig, formerly from Scott’s restaurant, Mayfair as the new Restaurant Manager of HIX Mayfair.
Scott brings with him a vast wealth of restaurant and bar experience and joins Brown’s Hotel from Scott’s, Mayfair, where he has been Restaurant Manager since its opening in 2006. Scott has worked with both Mark Hix and Lee Streeton extensively in the past and prior to Scott’s he was with The Palmerston, The Wolseley, The Ivy and 78 St Vincent. Mark Hix says of this appointment ‘We are very pleased that Scott is joining us. He is not only hugely respected, but brings with him great energy, experience and personal dedication to guests and clients needs.’
HIX Mayfair celebrates British art and cuisine. Lee Streeton and Mark Hix offer an outstanding menu featuring great British classics, all using carefully sourced local, seasonal ingredients. HIX Mayfair is home to an amazing collection of work by leading British artists including Tracey Emin, Michael Landy and Bridget Riley.
HIX Mayfair seats 80 people and a full à la carte menu is offered alongside a special set-menu of just £25 for 2 courses and £30 for 3 courses.
- Breakfast: Monday to Saturday 7.00am to 10.30am / Sunday 7.30am to 11.00am
- Lunch: Monday to Saturday 12.00pm to 3.00pm / Sunday 12.30pm to 4.00pm
- Pre-theatre: Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 7.30pm
- Dinner: Monday to Saturday 7.00pm to 11.00pm / Sunday 7.00pm to 10.30pm
