Culinary Days
Lee Streeton, Executive Chef at Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel, will be hosting a series of Culinary Days, focusing on creating the finest seasonal dishes using only the freshest of specially-sourced produce.
Each class will have a maximum of 6 people, offering participants the perfect environment in which to soak up the knowledge of one of London’s most talented executive chefs. This is a unique experience with a professional but informal day of culinary learning, topped off with a fabulous meal where you can settle back in the chic and elegant environment of the hotel’s restaurant, The Albemarle.
The Culinary Day includes:
- Morning coffee with Executive Chef, Lee Streeton
- Private transfer to Borough Market with Lee to meet the hotel’s suppliers and select the seasonal ingredients
- A demonstration on how to prepare and cook all the ingredients bought
- Three-course lunch in The Albemarle, including ½ bottle of house wine
Saturday 28th March 2009 – Preparing Easter lunch.
Saturday 6th June 2009 – Summer ingredients such as fresh fish and asparagus.
Saturday 22nd August 2009 – Summer ingredients such as summer veg & fresh fish.
Saturday 17th October 2009 - Winter ingredients such as game & root vegetables.
Saturday 12th December 2009 – Preparing a festive Christmas lunch.
Saturday 7th February 2010 – Preparing a romantic Valentine’s dinner.
