Potted middlewhite pork belly with Granny Smith apples and hazelnuts

Blackface mutton & turnip stew with Romney Marsh black cabbage
Pan-fried fillet of John Dory with roasted Jerusalem artichokes
Smoked haddock with poached Burford Brown egg and grain mustard sauce
